Did you receive a letter saying that your child’s immunization record is incomplete?
Please review the attached School Vaccine Reminder and the Immunization of School Pupils Act FAQ if you received a screening letter from Public Health that a vaccine record is incomplete. Enforcement of the Act begins on April 25th.
